Very clean & the glass chimney is free from all soot, smoke & stains.

 

Oil examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter & had not been filtered.

 

Clean & free from all gummy or burnt oil. The wicks are well trimmed.

 

It was found to be level.

 

Clean & free from all scratches, stains or dirt.

 

Cover was on; clean, made of linen ticking kept in one of the rooms below when not in use.
