In very good order.

 

Lens was perfectly clean in all its parts.

 

It was in most excellent order in all respects.

 

Sample examined & found to be clear & free from all objectionably matter. It had not been
filtered.

 

It was in good condition in all respects.

 

It was found to be level. Keeper understands how to center it.

 

Very clean; free from scratches.

 

It was on, very clean & made of cotton ticking. When not in use is hung up in the lantern room.

The lens is never used for any improper purpose.

 

These doors fit tightly.

 

There were none to be seen at the time of making the inspection.

 

There were some matches in the lantern room. The impropriety was pointed out to the
Keeper.

 

The Keeper knows when & how to use the heater.

 

Keeper knows how to use the ventilators & how to air the bldg.

 

The dome was painted according to instructions. Conductor was in good condition and led into the water.
