Oil kept in old block house located about 60' from lighthouse - room is partitioned off & fitted with window & door & ventilating openings, & fitted with shelves on which oil is kept in 5-gal tin cans.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A storeroom is fitted up in the hall on 2nd floor where all the supplies are kept for the light except the oil. A closet in the kitchen & sitting room used for dishes, also closets in sleeping rooms used for clothing.

 

Dry & suited to various purposes for which they were designed.
