Lighthouse Access

Wharf 28.5" x 47': foundation consists of iron cased concrete piers built on rock; outer piling is creosoted outer face of wharf is at low water line. Steamers cannot go alongside; small boat can go alongside at any stage of tides.

 

350 feet, 128 degrees true.

 

Boathouse 15' x 18.5' and 22.5' long on wharf. Tram leads upgrade from wharf over trestle to shore & at point about 100' from wharf makes nearly right angle bend, continues upgrade to dwelling then around another bend to oil house. Stiff leg derrick on wharf. Hoist located at 1st bend in track.
