Iron shell filled with Portland cement concrete below surface.
Iron shell of pier is 32' high & 30' dia. sunk in 17' (l.w.) of water filled with Portland cement concrete, sand & gravel bottom. Rip rap of large stone up to high water line. On E side, riprap is formed by breakwater.
