County road from Half Moon Bay to station is good in summer time, but almost impassable in winter.
County road 8 miles SE to Half Moon Bay. Steamer landing at Half Moon Bay, 4 miles.
Phone msgs must be sent to Francis, General Merchant, Half Moon Bay via San Mateo Telegram thru Sunset rte & sent to station by spec. del. Barn recently rebuilt on new site. Gov't road from station to county road about 1 mile to be rebuilt on new survey.
