Landing situated 1/2 mile from station at town of Hueneme. Road to landing & county road is fair. It starts at lighthouse & is built of adobe & sand.

1/2 mile.

Premises are in as good condition as 1 Keeper at so large a station can keep them. Weather conditions, soil & everything taken together make lots of work, much of which is destroyed & lost track of.
