Wharf for landing supplies from surf boat built on rock on SE side of reservation has stiff leg derrick with swinging boom extending over water gasoline hoist to be installed soon.
About 200 yds from tower over smooth hard ground, slightly uphill.
Tower, light, Fog signal machinery & all bldgs ar in 1st class order. Windmill, well & pump need some repairs & hoist should be installed at landing ASAP. Boundary fence of reservation should be repaired or renewed, & right of way should be secured.
