Lens was perfectly clean in all its parts.
In good condition in all respects.
Sample examined & found to be clear & free from all objectionable matter. It had not been
filtered.

Lens is never touched for any improper purpose.
These doors fit tightly.
There were none to be seen lying about at the time of making the inspection.
There were some matches to be seen in the tower. The keeper was admonished in regard to the impropriety.
Keeper knows how & when to use the heater.
Keeper knows how to use the ventilators & how to air the bldg.
Dome was painted according to instructions. Conductor perfect & led into the ground.
