On N Pier at entrance to Milwaukee River, WI., & Harbor of Milwaukee, WI., W'ly side of Lake Michigan. 550' in rear (1/10 mile) W 1/4 S of Front Range light, & with Front light forms a range for entering Milwaukee River.
