In good condition in every respect. Chimney was clean & free from smoke soot or stains.
Oil was found to be free from all motes, dust or dirt. It has not been filtered.
Free from gummy or burnt oil, the wicks are well trimmed.
It is level.
Clean & free from scratches, dirt or stains.
Cover was on; clean; made of linen ticking hung up in lantern room when not in use.
2 sets each in good condition, made of linen ticking, put up & taken down at the proper time.
