Boat house is 16' x 35' in plan & painted yellow. Located next to landing.

 

300 ft. SE'ly

 

The tower & buildings seem to be in excellent condition. All water used has to be carried from lake. There is driven well down near lake & windmill at one time to operate pump. Windmill blew over & since then all water carried by hand.
