Boathouse & carpenter shop, 16' x 40' stands abt 40' W'ly from dwelling, reached by cement walks & steps. Boathouse abt 12' above high water & equipped with 14' boat, car & windlass.

 

Boatways, 130' long w/ 30 T rails on wooden stringers on concrete piers leads to beach at 1/3 tide.
