Landing & boat house are about 225' NE'ly from dwelling.
Tower & buildings are in fair condition but are getting old. A new lining has been put in roof of lantern recently. There is quite a large amount of white pine, birch, cedar on the premises, some has fallen down. Board walks in bad condition & should be replaced.
