Boathouse, 12' x 36' of vertical boards battened & metal slate roof, all painted red. Fitted with iron winch & roller boatways. Boat landing built of 4 cribs of logs filled with stone & plank-decked on S side of boatways, & 3 similar cribs on N side.

 

Boathouse is 75' W'ly of dwelling.

 

All cribs, 1 each side, connected by boardwalk. Total length of N landing 75', of S landing 100' from boathouse. N landing not connected to boathouse.
