Apparatus consists of 6 equal panels, 3 are fitted with ruby shields & whole revolves.
cast iron, center column
Iron shelf bolted to pedestal for supporting clockwork & small wooden table in lantern with drawers containing tools of lens & clockwork, towels, etc.
Umbrella over lens thru which a 4" sheet iron tube passes to ventilator ball of lantern. There is no damper tube for lens.
