Clean, & in good condition in every particular

 

It was clean outside & inside. Glass chimney free from soot, smoke & stains. Damper & pipe in good order.

 

Specimen examined & found to be clear & clean.

 

Free from gummy or burnt oil, wicks were trimmed according to instructions.

 

It was found to be level.

 

Its condition was perfect.

 

Lens cover was on, was clean, is of linen sheeting & is hung up in watchroom when not in
