Lighthouse Access

Boathouse is 12' x 24' plan of vertical boards battened & metal-slate roof. Fitted with iron winch and roller boatway. Landing is 100' over all in length from boathouse on W side of boatway and is of 1 8'x16' & 1 8'x12' log cribs stone filled and decked with planks.

 

Boathouse is about 150 feet N'ly of dwelling.

 

Daymark on both towers built of vertical plank 1.75" x 6" spaced 2-3" & spiked to cleats that are bolted to metal frame of tower, spaced aobut 4'. The daymark is in 3 parts, central part in plane of front of tower & 2 wings at an angle of 45 degrees wide.
