In good order: Lens was perfectly clean in all its parts.
In good order in all respects.
Sample examined & found to be clear, & free from objectionable matter.
It was in good condition in all respects.
It was found to be level. Keeper told how to center it; & requested to make himself familiar with the process.

Lens is never touched for any improper purpose.
They fit tightly & answer the purpose.
There were none to be seen at the time of making the inspection.
There were none to be seen in the rooms mentioned at time of making the inspection.
Keeper has no heater & requests to be supplied with one.
Keeper understands how to use the ventilators & how to air the bldg.
Dome was painted according to instructions & was in good order. Conductor perfect & led into ground.
