Lighthouse Access

Frame boat house, 14' x 20' in plan, on shore of Assateague Channel. It has a pile & iron col. foundation & a shingle roof. Small wharf or boat landing, having a pile & iron column foundation extends into channel abt 128' & shell road extends to
dwellings.

 

Landing about 1400' NW of tower (By road about 2000')

 

General character & condition of premises, etc., are good.
