National Park Service guides an 8-mile boat tour on the MV Sandy crossing one of the Isle Royale’s popular shipping lanes. The 2-mile guided round-trip hike leads to Passage Island Lighthouse.

Upper St. Mary’s River Lighthouse Cruise
Cruise passes the light keeper’s residence at Cedar Point, the remains of the original lighthouse on Round Island, Point Iroquois Lighthouse, Gros Cap Reefs Lighthouse (Canada) and Pointe Aux Pins Range Lights. You will also ride through the Soo Locks and experience navigating the Upper St. Mary’s River channel. The cruise last approximately 4 ½ hours. Early May to mid October. New London Ledge Light
The New London Ledge Light Foundations operates tours to the Ledge Light. They last 2.5 hours and leave from UConn/Project O dock at Avery Point and New London City Pier. All the tours are hosted by Ledge Light Foundation docents and include an orientation film, a gift shop, and a tour of the entire lighthouse, where there are exhibits in most rooms. Thacher Island - Cape Ann Twin Lights
The Thacher Island Association provides transportation and tours to the Cape Ann Twin Lighthouses on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trips leave from T-wharf in Rockport, MA. On the way to the island, you will also pass Straitsmouth Lighthouse. Reservations for 2015 will open on May 18, 2015. Trips are limited to 5 passengers and 4 trips per day are offered. The Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses offers several different boat tours covering some or all of the lighthouses of the Piscataqua Region. Hudson-Athens LH Preservation Society provides tours to the eight room lighthouse listed on the National Historic Register. Reservations are suggested and can be made by calling Hudson Cruises at 518-348-8993 or 888-764-1844. In the fall they offer a tour that includes the Hudson-Athens Light, Saugerties, Roundout and Esopus Meadows Lighthouses.
National Lighthouse Museum Lighthouse Tours (New York Harbor, Long Island Sound & Hudson River Lighthouses)
The National Lighthouse Museum has five lighthouse boat tours scheduled for 2015. These include their signature lighthouse tour to see 14 lighthouses, New York Harbor and points South. Other tours with circumnavigate Staten Island, tour through Hell's Gate to Long Island Sound as far as Execution Rocks Lighthouse and cruise up the Hudson River to Tarrytown and beyond.

Cape May Whale Watcher – Lighthouses of Delaware Bay

Cedar Keys Lighthouse
Tidewater Tours offers a tour that includes views of the lighthouse from the water. 352-543-9523 or 352-949-1996. The lighthouse itself is only open 4-5 times a year via trips with the Seahorse Key Marine Laboratory.
Florida Keys Reef Lights Foundation (Florida Keys Lighthouses)

Jefferson & Loggerhead Key Lighthouses
Transportation to the Dry Tortugas is provided by the Yankee Freedom III, a high speed catamaran, which leaves from 100 Grinnel Street, Key West, FL. It takes 2 hours and 15 minutes for the round trip and about 4 hours are spent on the island. You can walk to the Fort Jefferson Lighthouse and Loggerhead Key Lighthouse is visible from several locations at Fort Jefferson.
Sapelo Island Lighthouse
Take a Journey of Sapelo Island with JR Grovner, a direct descendant of slaves brought to Sapelo in the early 1800s to work the plantations. Cape Romain Lighthouse
Four times each year, Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge offers a tour to Lighthouse Island with Coastal Expeditions where you can view two historic lights (New and Old Cape Romain). Tour starts at the Sewee Visitor and Environmental Education Center 5821 Highway 17N, Awendaw, SC) and moves to the McClellanville boat landing (405 Picnkney Street) to board the Coastal Expeditions Ferry to travel to the Island.
